Job Summary

Fit is seeking a full time Office Administrator for a reputable construction company on the eastern shore. They are in search of a team player who has had experience with handling large volumes of documents/contracts and has strong organization skills. The pay range is $30K-$35K, depending on experience.


Job Description

  • Provide general support to office/administration team
  • Maintaining office supplies, filing and daily post duties
  • Answering telephones 
  • Greeting office visitors, filing, managing office supplies
  • Manage general office administrative activities
  • Assist with contracts
  • Executive Assistant duties – working closely with owner of company
  • Data Entry
  • Heavy document control
  • Liaison between employees out in the field/corporate office


Job Requirements

  • 5 + years of office administration experience
  • Preferably has a paralegal background or experience with large volumes of documents and data
  • Proficent in Excel
  • Organization skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Team player
