Job Summary

Fit is working with a respected professional services firm in downtown Mobile in their search for an Office Administrator.  Salary is in the $60,000 range depending on experience plus competitive benefits and growth. 

We are seeking a professional with strong management experience who is capable of supervising office staff, working directly with the executive management team, handle human resource and personnel needs, manage the office and its daily needs, as well as payroll and accounts payable.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relative experience 
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Excellent communication - both oral and written 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 
  • Experience in a management role
  • Professional service firm experience is a plus
