Job Summary

Fit is assisting a growing company headquartered in Mobile in their search for adding a skilled HR Generalist to their team.  This position will provide clerical and HR support in areas of benefits administration, new employee orientation, 401K enrollment, employee relations, company communication and other human resources related tasks and projects. Salary is in the $40-50K range, depending on experience with competitive benefits. 


Job Description

  • Manage company benefits packages, enrollment and changes 
  • 401K enrollment and maintence
  • Oversee employee payroll, handling garnishements and deductions, as well as payroll taxes
  • Assist HR Director as needed an various HR administrative needs and projects 


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management OR 4+ years of experience in the field
  • Excellent organizational and follow through skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and with interruption
  • Excellent communication skills
