Job Summary

Fit is seeking an outgoing, energized Assistant Manager to join a a local company in the hospitality industry. The perfect person is customer service driven, always eager and willing to go above and beyond to exceed the customers expectations. 


Job Description

Applicants must be a strong leader capable of working in a fast-paced environment thriving on daily customer interaction.  Salary is in the $50K-$60K range depending on experience with competitive benefits and growth. 

Duties:

  • Oversee floor operations - dining and various special events
  • Work directly with the service staff to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for the preparation and implementation of all reservations and seating


Job Requirements

  • Energetic, detail-oriented and self-motivated professional
  • Requires a four-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, and/or equivalent experience in hospitality services and event management.
  • Supervising and/or training experience
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work some nights and weekends
