Job Summary

Fit is assisting a local company with their search for a skilled Administrative Assistant. This candidate needs to have 5 + years’ experience in a support role, be an expert in Microsoft Excel, and be extremely detail oriented. This is a full time position paying in the $40K range, depending on experience.


Job Description

  • Upkeep of tracking list
  • Expense report logging
  • Processing of receipts for reimbursements.
  • Arranging travel plans
  • Excel sheet updating
  • Producing letters to vendors and customers
  • Data Base Managing
  • Estimation of budgets


Job Requirements

  • 5 + years of experience assisting top level executives
  • Must have advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
